Recently, PACE Tire welcomed a delegation of key customers from Australia to our Thailand factory. The visit not only provided an opportunity for in-depth communication but also marked a solid step forward in PACE’s global cooperation efforts.

During the tour, the management team of PACE Thailand introduced the factory’s advanced equipment, rigorous production processes, and comprehensive quality management systems. The visitors had the chance to inspect every stage of production, gaining a thorough understanding of PACE’s strengths in technology development, lean manufacturing, and quality control.

According to the factory management, the PACE Thailand facility operates as an Industry 4.0 smart factory, equipped with automated conveyor lines, intelligent multi-level warehouses, and advanced production machinery. The facility covers the full production process—from mixing, calendering, extrusion, and cutting, to one-step forming, vulcanization, and inspection. The factory maintains a strict standardized quality control system to ensure that every PACE tire meets consistent and reliable quality standards. After experiencing the operations firsthand, the Australian delegation highly praised PACE’s modern management, smart factory capabilities, and meticulous quality control.
